Shipping
Our central US location in Iowa allows for fast shipping to the entire country. All orders are packed with care and shipped with tracking. Shipping times listed are estimates and not guaranteed. If you ever want to check on an order, you can check the tracking link in your order confirmation email or contact us.
United States (Domestic Shipments)
Most orders are shipped via USPS with a shipping transit time of about 3-4 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when payment is received and when your order has shipped. If you create an account, you can also find your order status in the Order History.
- USPS Priority: 2-4 business days
- USPS First Class: 3-5 business days
- UPS Ground: 3-6 business days
- Allow 1 to 2 business days processing before shipment. Times provided are estimates.
Canada & Australia (International)
International delivery times vary quite a bit and may be delayed by customs or other factors beyond our control.
We offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping to Canada and Australia, where taxes and duties are included in the shipping cost. Only the shipping option labeled “DDP” covers prepaid duties.
- GlobalPost Go DDP: 7-14 days. Duty fees are prepaid for you. Recommended.
- USPS First Class International: 7-25 days. Limited Tracking. Duties not included.
- USPS Priority International: 7-12 days. Duties not included.
- Allow 1 to 2 business days processing before shipment. Times provided are estimates.
- Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.
UK, EU, and other Countries Worldwide (International)
If you are located in the UK, EU, or any other country not listed above, please visit our eBay store to order instead of shopping here at our website. eBay’s International Shipping Program typically calculates and charges any required VAT and import fees at checkout. All duties, taxes, and import fees remain the customer’s responsibility.
Returns
In the rare event of a problem with an order we will resolve the issue via exchange or refund as appropriate. Often a question or issue can be resolved, so we will offer to troubleshoot the problem with you first if applicable.
For returns due to a change of mind, a 20% restocking fee may be charged and the customer is responsible for shipping fees. Items returned for this reason must be unopened and in new condition.
